Vegas New Home Tours offers tours to various New Home developments and master plan communities in the Las Vegas Valley and Henderson that incorporates new construction homes and viewing of model homes. Our founder created the company to assist home buyers with personalized professional service in finding the right new home for you.  Our sophisticated database of new home developments in the Las Vegas area assist our homebuyers with hundreds of choices of new homes. Using this service allows us to offer so much more to our buyers. 

Our licensed real estate agent guide our buyers through each step of the home buying process - from floor plan and lot selection through negotiation, financing, and closing. We can also help our clients sell their existing home and offer free moving service if you purchase a replacement home with us.

Nearly all developers in the Valley are part of our Home Tours service.  

When Can We Tour Homes?

We can tour developments at your convenience. Our team is available by appointment 7 days a week with individual service or Saturdays & Sundays for groups. If you would like to tour model homes, we are limited to times when models will be available. Typically 10 am to 5pm. We can sometimes arrange to have models available at other times with advance notice.

What is the Cost to Tour Homes?

Our New and Model Home Tour service is without any cost to you!....REALLY. There is no obligation to buy either. We do request that tour requests are made from pre-qualified
and interested potential buyers and advance reservations are required.

Do You Provide Loans?

NO, we do not provide or originate loans. New home builders sometimes offer financing at below market rates and can be a fantastic incentive. You are not obligated to accept builder financing and can seek financing from any source.  We may offer suggestions of various lenders if requested.

Why Does Vegas New Home Tours Provide New Home Tours for free?

We want to help you make the RIGHT decision when purchasing a new home. In exchange, we hope that you will think of us in the future. The New Home Tours are free to everyone who are pre-qaulified.  Our services are free, however if you chose to purchase a new home from these various home builders, our professional Real Estate agents are compensated directly from the home builder.  Vegas New Home Tours does not charge our buyers for our services.  Also, Referrals are our main source of clients and we feel that you will be ready, willing and able to recommend us to your friends, family and new neighbors. Of course, there is no obligation for you to do so.

What About Builder Incentives?

You may be told that , when working with a Realtor to purchase a new home that you will not be entitled to special incentives. This is simply NOT TRUE. ALL builder
incentives are available when using our New Home Tour service. Upgrades, special financing, closing cost assistance and more.   Information about some of these programs is not made available to the public. 

Does Vegas New Home Tours represent any builders?

We do not represent any of the builder-developers. Our New Home Tour Service is available to you as a complimentary service without obligation, representation or any other obligations. When you find the RIGHT home for you, you contract directly with the new home builder. There is no "middle man". We simply help you find the right home,
identify all available incentives and provide our professional advice and are information so that you  can make  an informed decision.  If you chose to purchase a new home at any time, our agents will at that time represent you to ensure the best home buying process, at no cost to you.

What's The Catch?

None. We would like to offer our assistance and hope that you will use our services in the future.
